Jim has been serving the kids of Plymouth County as Area Director with Siouxland YFC for 14+  years. He has been married to Roxanne for 26 years and they have served together in Youth Ministry for 23 of those years, they have 4 kids.

Jim values YFC’s mission because he has a passion to partner with churches and organizations to reach the un-churched kids and see them come into a relationship with Jesus.  He also values connecting with the Christian kids to train and partner with them to reach their peers.
