Communication Coordinator Job Description

  • Collect stories from staff
  • Copy edit stories and social media posts
  • Understand and utilize proper YFC branding
  • Coordinate quarterly newsletters
  • Oversee annual communications schedule
  • Create and schedule social media posts
  • Oversee ministry event flyers creation and printing as needed
  • Manage website updates as needed
  • Attend communication team meetings as needed
  • People and communication skills preferred
  • And other job responsibilities as defined
  • Social media and web site management preferred

Part-time hourly position (budget for 8-10 hrs @ $12-13/hr based upon experience)

 

Partner Database Management / Donation Processing Manager Job Description

  • Donor database management (Salesforce)
    • Data entry
    • Gift reporting and balancing 
    • Gift receipting and mailing
    • Salesforce report generation as needed
    • Partner mailing list generation as needed
    • Monthly Salesforce reporting
    • Keeping Donor records current
    • Bank deposits and reconciliation
  • Bulk mailings as needed
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ordering
  • Manage incoming office phone calls
  • People and communication skills preferred
  • And other job responsibilities as defined
  • Salesforce or programming preferred but not required

Part-time hourly position (budget for 15-20 hrs @ $14-15/hr based upon experience)
