Siouxland Youth For Christ is thrilled to share the news about the launch of the City Life ministry program in Rock Rapids. This initiative is a collaborative effort with the community, aiming to connect with more at-risk youth and foster Authentic Christ Sharing Relationships (ACSR) to guide them toward the truth. Our approach involves integrating them into local faith-based churches for further spiritual guidance, emphasizing the crucial role of community engagement. The City Life Program focuses on teaching five essentials: 1.) Spiritual & Moral Literacy 2.) Economic Literacy 3.) Civic Literacy 4.) Basic Health & Safety 5.) Educational Success. These principles are instilled through practices such as Widespread Prayer, Loving Relationships, Faithful Bible Teaching, Collaborative Community Strategy, and Adults who empower. By prioritizing the initial goal of introducing lost youth to Christ, the program naturally brings about positive changes in these individuals, subsequently influencing the broader community culture.
