We desire that every student have the opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ, and to understand and experience the gospel through faith. Therefore, we take the initiative to share Christ with teens in the power of the Holy Spirit, and leave the results to God.
Our long-term strategic vision continues to position us to engage 2,400 unchurched 11-19-year-olds in authentic, Christ-sharing relationships with YFC leaders each year in the next 5-10 years. Over the next 3 years, in partnership with God’s guidance and His people, our strategic and anticipated outcomes are to expand our:
- Ministry sites from 14 to 16
- Communities involved from 8 to 11
- Staff members from 15 to 21
- Ministry volunteers from 146 to 225
- Authentic Christ-sharing relationships from 642 to 915
We anticipate the total investment of this 3-year strategic plan, including the annual initiatives, to cost $4.5-5 million over the next 3 years.
