Join our movement of volunteers who are passionate about introducing 11-19 year-olds to Jesus. We’re not looking for perfect people or superstars; just those who are willing to listen well, to be themselves, and to be present in a young person’s life!

A Campus Life Large Group Leader will support weekly large group clubs in Le Mars, helping with tasks such as setup, registration, food distribution, games, speaking, and small group time. Volunteers should have a passion for reaching youth with Christ-centered programming, be able to commit time weekly, and enjoy working with young people in a group setting. A Campus Life Small Group Leader will lead weekly small groups through YFC curriculum focused on Biblical topics, the Gospel, or relevant life issues. Volunteers should have a passion for mentoring youth in the Le Mars community, commit to weekly sessions, and feel comfortable facilitating structured group discussions. Responsibilities include fostering relationships, preparing lessons and materials, and praying for students. The role requires 2-4 flexible hours per week. A City Life Small Group Leader leads weekly small groups using YFC- and leader-created focused on Biblical topics, the Gospel, or relevant life issues.
